A round-the-world 30-hour-long conference to celebrate PMIP's 30th anniversary

On December 2nd and 3rd, we will celebrate the 30th anniversary of PMIP, the Paleoclimate Modelling Intercomparison Project. (english below)

On December 2nd and 3rd, we will celebrate the 30th anniversary of PMIP, the Paleoclimate Modelling Intercomparison Project.

This project was launched during a conference organised by Jean Jouzel and Sylvie Joussaume in 1991 and has developed continuously since. It has carried out numerous paleoclimate modelling studies, as well as comparison studies between climate models and reconstructions, both in the laboratory and worldwide. This conference will be an opportunity to review the history of PMIP and to take part in the many discussions on various topics, which you will discover in the attached programme. Registration is free of charge and will allow us to organise the conference and the discussions in the best possible way.
