Real-time observations

This tool allows you to view certain atmospheric parameters measured continuously at the Saclay and SIRTA observatories (ICOS and ACTRIS observation networks) in near real time. You can filter the compounds (add or remove them) and zoom in on a specific period.

The data presented are pre-processed data, derived from real-time measurements and updated every 24 hours. These data are not the final validated data from the ICOS and ACTRIS infrastructures. The final data are available on the ICOS-France and ACTRIS-France databases (See the data section).

The monthly graphs are based on hourly averages of the measured parameters, while the annual graphs are based on daily average data.

The wind direction is indicated by the direction of the arrows, and the wind speed is given by the y-axis.

Continuous measurements of atmospheric parameters make it possible to monitor changes in their concentrations according to meteorological conditions (synoptic events, seasons, etc.) and environmental conditions (pollution events, changes in land use, etc.) in the short, medium and long term. This graphical interface allows users to compare changes in long-lived compounds such as greenhouse gases and more reactive short-lived compounds (such as NOx or particulate matter -PM-) and to better understand their interactions, correlations and evolution within the atmosphere.
