ACMCC : New intercomparison campaign of on-line aerosol chemical composition analysers at LSCE

The ACMCC reference centre sited at LSCE for on-line measurement of the chemical composition of fine aerosol particles within the ACTRIS network, welcomes teams from 7 European countries for a new intercomparison campaign of advanced on-line automated analysers of the fine aerosol chemical composition. This year, 7 mass spectrometers (incl. 5 Quad-ACSM, 1 Tof-ACSM, and 1 HR-ToF-AMS), and 1 infrared analyser (AIR) are hosted and tested.

The LSCE/CAE team, together with teams from LaMP and Ineris worked hard to install and best configure the instruments to collect reliable data. After completion of this phase, a measurement campaign will start for intensive observations over several weeks.

This campaign is part of an international scientific collaboration, with participation from researchers from France, Germany, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Ireland, Cyprus, and Finland.
