In 2024, the CNRS awarded 25 silver medals, a mark of recognition for those who contribute to the advancement of science. Amaëlle Landais-Israël, a glaciologist and climatologist at the Laboratoire des Sciences du Climat et de l'Environnement (LSCE), is one of the recipients.
